Both woke early so went for a walk along the beach at 7.30 - absolutely brilliant - deserted beach and white sands as far as the eye could see!
Caught the 10'o'clock ferry back to the mainland and headed North to meet up with Joanne and Ant in Machyoodore for lunch.
After a couple of 'fully booked' turnaways we finally settled on Dicky Beach just North of Caloundra.
Went for a walk along the beach - Ant bought a surf board - then we settled down in camp for a monster Barbie!
Talked on into the night sharing travel stories until we could talk no more!
