Today's the day!
Thanks t0 Ian for getting us to Heathrow for our flight at 9.30pm.
This was a very long overnight flight but many films and numerous offers of food and drink kept us going without much sleep!
We lost 8 hours in a matter of moments because of the time difference but arrived at 5.30pm local time and were met by the rep and taken to our hotel on Hong Kong island. Fabulous room - felt very exclusive (we don't get out much!).
Dumped our gear and decided to just explore and find somewhere to eat - very nice restaurant eventually found in Wan Chai district.
Made the mistake of walking back and the hotel wasn't quite where we thought it was - went to bed with very sore feet!!
